Beaches and Cream is the creation of prize-winning chef Basil Bay, bringing together his two passions – the seaside and extravagant treats. Known for his elaborate gingerbread houses, Chef Bay has traveled the world in search of tantalizing secret recipes and new flavors to serve right here in Bayville. He personally converted the family's garage into this charming dessert parlor.
It has become a tradition for the Bay Family to celebrate a successful adventure by partaking in a new and outrageous dessert produced especially for the occasion by Basil Bay himself. It became a kind of game to see which family member could bring in the most exotic ingredient for Bay to use in his celebratory desserts.
Working from a secret kitchen – the location of which is only known to members of the Bay Family - Chef Basil Bay continues to supply Bayville with decadent desserts and unique sweets.
